Well, seeing as the Tesseract is the Space Gem, the Red Skull didn’t die at the end - he just got warped to the other end of space. Who knows what he’s been up to? Maybe we need another One-Shot to see all the awesomeness he’s been up to.

The guy does like playing OTT characters in an unashamed manner. It’s what made V for Vendetta such a good film (No one really remembers that film for Portman’s perfomance let’s be honest).

I would think that Garak would like not to be mentioned. After all, what contributions can a humble tailor provide?

I can’t claim this, but I remember reading somewhere that Garak is a character that speaks entirely in italics. I think that about sums it up.

I love the bit in The Pale Moonlight when he says something along the lines of “And I’ll come round later to say... hello” when he and Sisko are talking to that hologram forger. Even when playing the “Good Cop”, Garrak is terrifying.

Of all the Trek shows I have ever watched in my life, Deep Space Nine’s writing was the most... human.

I will fight anyone who says that DS9 isn’t the best Trek.
