Not sure about the idealism part. Deep Space Nine went pretty deep into the hard realities of politics and war and the human condition, and it remains my favorite Star Trek series.

Weird Al just makes me happy, he has always struck me as a genuine and awesome individual. Videos like this continue to reinforce that belief.

What was Ren’s controller? It looked like it had a screen, but I thought the game was a PC game anyway. And the virtual world does sync with the real world, but did Miko even notice that? And does she know what country her father is in?

And if Molly's power is to know where everyone in the world is, at all times (which is what Evil Racist/Fascist Corp was using her for with the Google Glass headsets after all) then why wouldn't she have picked a better direction to run away to than directly into the arms of Harris (clone) and his goons?

I think a rough rule of thumb is that if it bites you and you get sick, it is venomous. If you bite it and get sick, it is poisonous.
