from my experience with FFXIV, what I learn is that Telegraph doesn't help making player being better... Tell that to all the players that still fails titan extreme...

A recticle is a crosshair or an aiming square in your screen resembles the fibers of a cross-hair in a sight. A telegraph is marking the area around you to where your attack is going. 2 different things and the entire gaming industry doesnt refer to them as that.
