well like this article said, the XIM device doesn’t give you PC mouse-like controls. It still simulate as closing as it can mouse movement but it still just translate mouse movement to what a joystick can do.

I mean Sony has had keyboard and mouse setup since I think ps2 and some game let you use that setup without any third party adapter, so why don’t Blizzard just add keyboard and mouse support to the game? that way anyone can just plug a keyboard and mouse and use that setup...

Probably because it’s the same teeth model for every characters (unless the character has special teeth). Most video game do this.
