If people don’t want to be publicly commented and criticized on how they’re doing their job then journalism is a shitty career choice for them. The readers on here help pay these journalists bills by clicking on articles. As far as I’m concerned they can criticize these journalists all they want. They wouldn’t even…
What do you expect from one of the most left-winged media sites out there? I don’t like it either, but that’s business as usual with Gawker Media. I’m only here for Jalopnik anyways.
Way to inject some personal, non-relevant political opinion into a story on a car site, Raph! Good job. Now that you have that out of the way, maybe you could start proofreading and editing stories instead of just pushing “publish” on typo-ridden content.
The fact gawker is so against this tells me it was the right choice.
Not if you show them the gentle hand.
Only if you really want to brake for pedestrian attendees
They need the 20" DUBs to fit huge brakes underneath. Those cars may have raced at Sebring and Daytona with brakes that fit under 14" wheels in the ‘60s, but to get to C&C and back on a Saturday morning requires a billet six-piston kit.
That's fine, I like it enough for both of us.
You think you’ve seen some cars? We’ve seen some cars. Great cars. The best cars. Just terrific. Nice! Come look at…
Much to the chagrin of haters everywhere—whom I fully expect will cry themselves to sleep upon hearing this—Jalopnik…
The parts are smaller, thus cheaper. Duh.
Any municipal agency using taxpayer money, should be buying only American designed and built vehicles.
AMEN!

RIP
They don’t seem to be doing very much passing. Most all road rage is two people being assholes, and one winning. The loser plays the victim.
They probably could, it would just take a lot of practice, drivers today are just as skilled, if not more so, it’s just a slightly different skill set. I’m sure Senna, Prost, etc. would have trouble at first with adjusting their brake balance and engine mapping several times per lap.
Yes, about half the people I talk to who are my age (got my license in the mid seventies) learned to drive in a beetle. They were lots of family’s cheap second car and reasonably bullet proof.
'War is diplomacy by other means." If the world had stood by gentlemanly international obligations in the late 30s it all would have been avoided. Instead, we had what we have now: kissing the asses of terrorists. After "Land for Peace" gave Hitler carte blanche, only the Kriegsmarine represented humanity as a matter…
