I don’t know - moderating sucks so I’m reluctant to criticize much. You allow people free reign to do whatever and you see what damaged pieces of shit a lot of people are. But then you try to enforce basic human decency and people brand you as some kind of puritanical, despotic police state arm.

How does the upgrade program actually work?  Do you have to return the “old” phone first to upgrade?  Is there some sort of evaluation to make sure it’s not broken?  Or do you buy the new one subject to approval on the trade-in?
