Bill Belichick is happy this morning, which is probably unbearable for him.

So how well off is a person with 500,000 subscribers? My wife and I have this ongoing debate. I’d say “don’t have to have a day job” rich. She’d say “never have to work again if he shut off his stream.”

My parents were simply not capable of handling my kids. “Hey, where’s my son?” “I don’t know - he was just here a minute ago...”. Or “He was right behind me.” Not paying attention in parking lots, not watching in the mall, leaving them alone in a movie theater at 4, on and on. We just gave up.

Nintendo’s such a weird company. Sometimes they’re so strangely silent when an explanation seems warranted .  The whole Virtual Console vs. Online Subscription confusion, for example.  No one really understood that right up until near release, fans were complaining, etc. But they steadfastly refused to provide much

For the crying, put your cutting board on your stove, then turn your vent hood fan to high.

I made cool little trivet/coasters out of mine. just glued them to a piece of burlap.

See the entire second half of Burt Reynolds’ “superstar” phase. Or Sinatra’s Rat Pack.

There’s a saying that “hard cases make bad law.” I think it’s better said that “good lawyers make bad law.”

I got an electronic mail from John MacAfee where he explained how to keep my fancy calculator off the grid.  Worked great.

What about Saga?  Never finished that.

Hopefully it wasn’t an injury to one of those ridiculous huge thumbs.
