Anyone remember when Crash Bandicoot was the PS1's de facto mascot - like Sony’s Mario?

It’s all your fault half the games on the Switch are WiiU ports. If any of you had bought a WiiU, Nintendo wouldn’t be pretending it never happened and re-releasing every WiiU game.

Me too. He seems pretty unhinged in his performances. But in interviews he seems just the opposite.

Maybe I’ve been fortunate, but out of 6 cities (NY, SF, Austin, Houston, Dallas, New Orleans), I’ve never lived anywhere where there wasn’t a far superior, small, family-owned delivery pizza place within delivery range - in fact, there are usually several.

What if that’s 42?

Absolutely. I despised Girls - I thought it was the TV equivalent of clickbait. But I’d let her do another show on my network (if I had one). All about eyes on the screen.

Didn’t he go to jail recently for making something the cops thought was a homemade explosive?

When you say “It’s only my third favorite Kubrick” I already know you’re a filmie. I get that it’s art. I get that it’s a great film. I also get that the average moviegoer finds it boring and pedantic.

That’s exactly why they make me nervous. But if it wasn’t for the fact that nearly every prosecutor and federal agency in the US has them in their bag of tricks, I wouldn’t care.

I think people who hate it believe that the movie “redeems” Rockwell’s horrible character by having him be nice to McDormand’s character and try to be a real cop, and then “glorifies” their joint decision to drive thousands of miles to go maybe murder a guy who might well be a rapist.

Married was a lot sillier and funnier, but you’re right that it was utterly forgettable.

“....there’s not much else I like on HBO lately, Crashing has got to be one of the most neurotic shows I’ve seen and I just can’t stand the anxiety of it.”

The entire MO of the antivax movement is shame and shunning. I’m surprised they don’t dole out enough that it’s an easy choice.

Coach on the field.

Wait, are we talking Road House? That totally should have gotten a nomination in 1989 for Best Picture and Best Song.

“but to really have your mind blown, try to imagine someone preferring The Lion In Winter.”

Well, that makes it sound like a non-issue, or at most, like the situation fell into Wahlberg’s lap.

Yes. No jail time, but clearly a violation of the clear laws against “Big Talk and Bragging,” a Class C misdemeanor. The judge acted correctly in sentencing him to whatever the fuck nonsense the judge wanted his electorate to hear he sentenced him to.

This may sound like a man comment (which I guess it kind of is), but I don’t intend it to be. Anyway, I wondered during that whole Michelle Williams-Mark Wahlberg Reshootgate thing whether the issue was at least partially due to Michelle Williams’ agent mailing it in.

I have both a T-Mobile that’s been re-flashed as an RT-AC68U, and a native RT-AC68U. The T-Mobile seems to be more finicky - it needs to be reset more often, has a harder time maintaining connections, etc. It also has slightly less range.
