@serenada: Man, I remember that. Not knowing if the show was renewed was the worst. And the whole ending of them getting hit by the truck was an amazing cliffhanger.

@hdgotham (Hannah Wilson): I love how people of this particular political persuasion shout "Less Government, Less Government." And then turn around and expect the government to tell people who they can and cannot marry, tell women what to do with their bodies and decide which religions are truly 'Merican.

@Chris Braak: Yes, it's a requirement found in paragraph 12, subsection 4B of our architect handbook. It's also part of our blood-oath to piss of structural engineers.

I hope a lot gets packed into next week's two hour finale. I feel like the show has been slowly building up to something big. But now we only have two hours for that to pay off. Especially since it's unlikely to get a second season.

"Officer Cob couldn't help but lament the pathetic state of affairs in the police department. What with Research & Design retrofitting and re-branding Virtual Boys as crime-fighting tech."

The Season 6 premiere of Supernatural is starting to remind me of the show's very first episode. Except that the roles for Sam and Dean are now reversed. Dean is now the one leading a normal life, and Sam shows up to throw a wrench into Dean's "happily ever after" life.

@ProfessorSara: I'm pleased with the way Winterfell was looking though. I can't wait.

It looks fantastic. But why is Dany surrounded by trees at the very end? I've always pictured the Dothraki Sea and associated environs as more of a Great Plains type.

I know it will never happen, but I wouldn't mind seeing The Dominion again. Since everything is screwed up in this timeline, maybe that encounter happens much earlier.

What struck me about the episode was Claire's killing of Emily's parents seemed to trigger something in her. Does that imply that becoming a vampire in The Gate universe doesn't completely destroy your soul? Because Claire was obviously capable of feeling some guilt.

The first two seasons of Torchwood will always have a special place in my heart. They were my introduction to the Doctor Who universe. I ended up watching them while I was recovering from back surgery. So, granted, I probably found them enjoyable because I was high on massive doses of pain killers, but still I like

@RizzRustbolt: I think they're taking the marketing for Other M too seriously.

I'm getting more of a Metroid vibe, but in either case we need to burn it with fire. Or, let's just nuke the whole planet from orbit.

Clearly, the Big Bang just needs a better PR department.

@_MARVKO_: Well, according to Supernatural all you need to do is be weak minded or in emotional distress and your body's ripe for the pickin'.
