@Origamido: Indeed, we definitely need to focus on distribution. However, that is more difficult a problem than it may appear on the surface. The problem of distribution isn't necessarily that food isn't really one of 'efficiency', but is more concerned with the local situation in areas where starvation is a serious

This doesn't seem like that great of an idea to me. You have to use a completely unnatural running motion on this thing which probably doesn't translate well out of water, especially considering part of your body weight is being supported while using the 'pool sprint'.
