@fuegerstef: Oh, graphics are definately secondary to story and gameplay as far as I'm concerned, but they're also an important measure of the PC market. Since many PC gamers buy the latest and greatest graphics cards, they want games to go with it, the fact that go game has pushed the envelope of graphics the way

IIRC, PC made up close to 8% of total CoD4 sales, so if the PC version of MW2 is only 3%, that's a significant percentage loss.

@plasticmouse: Indeed, I remember when Crysis came out and seriously pushed the envelope for PC game graphics, two years later, it's still among the most graphically intense games out there, in the meantime, nothing has come along to challenge it, and I doubt anything really will until the next generation of consoles

@I_Like_TDs: That's not how energy, or explosions work.

first let me say this: EXPLOSIONS DO NOT WORK THAT WAY (Cue Morbo)

I'm always a sucker for Vipers, they were my first car-crush as a lad and I've never really gotten over it.

Shiver me timbers, this not even be a question, Pirate be the only answer lest ye wanna be keelhauled!

@SantaRita: well, obviously we'd have to sound-proof...

Every ford Taurus I've ever been in has had a catastrophic breakdown in the middle of a highway.

why would you need a watch that tells Bacon Time? It's always Bacon Time. #novelty

I don't like where this is going. Soon, all retail box art will be terrible, and you'll have to pay extra just for actually decent box art.

I think you've hit it on the head with #3, what we really need is a Prisoner directed by Lynch or Cronenberg. #theprisoner

@catpeople79: nah, CAD used to be funny, and still is a lot of the time, it's just the retarded personal relationship stories he keeps trying to shove off on his readers that turn people off.

@SuicidalEarthworm: The wavefront surgery described here is completely different and much safer than the earlier lasik surgeries like you describe having.

I've had this technology for years, only I call is a screw-driver for opening your case up and taking a look.

Really? Developers support the platform they make most money on the best? That's like saying they like...money (gasp!)

@thelastnamehere: Yea, seriously, who "rents or pays two hundred dollars" for a hand cart?
