The point of the “piss in your mother’s coffee” analogy is that it’s stupid to discuss actions that are harmful to others without considering the morality of it. Piracy harms the developers/publishers, pissing in your mother’s coffee harms your mom. Personal gain or not, morality should be considered in either case.
