So hey!

They absolutely can! I, personally, just am not ready to buy that.

I hate being grammar police, but use periods. It's the thing I ended my last sentence with. And all of them. It makes you seem like you're yelling everything. I imagine english may not be your first language, and you speak it quite well, just a tip.

I, sir, applaud you.

So hey!

Allegedly. Horrible, yeah, but in fairness there is room for error in what actually happened. Can we be sure he RAPED her? Absolutely not. I trust if he had been convicted the NBA would have responded, but they aren't a judge and jury to decide if he's guilty, they just interpret it.

And that choice isn't pathetic.

Yup.

It's people's right to forgive at their own pace. I think it's abhorrent how quickly everyone glossed over Kobe's charges, and I'll deal with these things at my own pace. I'm open to getting passed it, but I personally am not yet.

That's asinine.

My sentiments exactly.

A lot of people aren't buying his response as anything more than PR. With time it will change, but this is his first big season back, and a lot of people aren't ready to glorify him yet, as that stigma is clearly still attached. I think that's valid.

You're comparisons from the first paragraph aren't entirely valid. It shouldn't be up to us in any capacity to judge the value of a human life against any others. That attitude is destroying a lot of the world for everything on it. Intent matters.

Was trying to promote you but couldn't get the thumb icon to work haha.

Look up what slander means. You can disagree with his post, but he's not making up allegations.

Your sentiment is eomthing I agree with. I just wouldn't say him dealing with perception problems after his crimes is "as cruel" as what he did.

Agreed on all counts.

It's not the closet, this is public knowledge. And I think it's a more than valid point to question whether we should condone a man who funded a dogfighting operation, gave orders to kill weaker dogs, and was present during "testing" of fighters and elimination of dogs. He was wrong. There were tapes of him with

They're $1.49 now! It makes me want to point a gun at a cop! ARGHH
