The social credit score plays on one of the worst traits in Chinese society, that of your social ‘face’. To Chinese face is everything, in a way westerners cannot fathom, it’s like having a score card that you are born with and eventually die with. Since most people live and die within a community, everyone knows your

They increased the screen size, but they didn’t go with the haptic buttons like on the Panamera and Cayenne. I know people say you get used to them, but I use can use the center console buttons without looking down, something that is lost with the new haptic design.

As someone who knows a couple people that write million dollar checks to the government, I have heard them express the same feeling you or I do when it comes tax time. They are also more keenly aware of it, because they usually have to write these checks quarterly or yearly, as taxes are not deducted from their “pay

I honestly hate how new cars smell, (the exception being top spec real leather or the very rare wool or natural textile). I hate it so much that I find myself dreading it more than the inane conversation I have to carry on with sales people. The initial whiff isn’t bad, but the test drive gives me a headache in the

I like the looks of the Veloster, but I wish we got the i30N... it’s much like the Veloster, but with more usable space and less polarizing looks. The Veloster could then move to being a 2 door car and get rid of some of it flaws.

What happened to Thanksgiving cups? I want my cup of gravy with mash potatoes. It’s a war on Turkeys.

I stopped watching Will Smith movies, as they just seemed like horrible attempts for him to give his talentless son work. The bar for acting isn’t high, but the kid just doesn’t have the any talent for it. I love how he looks after his family, but I’ll be damned if I pay for it.

This is such a first time parents stroller. Second kid, gets one of those $20 umbrella quality strollers that is easy to store and maneuver around inside shops. I always think I should make one of those umbrella strollers out of carbon fiber, just to class it up and reduce how much they twist... but kids grow faster

I’m sure it is on a track, but on the road, where most people will be driving this my money is on the S. For the behemoth it is, the S-Coupe is handles surprisingly well in back roads, albeit more hammer and tongs and less scalpel like precision. I will love to try the 8 when someone around me picks one up.

In world where the Mercedes S-Coupe didn’t exist, this car would consider a look from the well healed coupe loving gentleperson. But, who is going to pick this over a S560 or S63 coupe? Not me, but I suppose there are a few die hard BMW fans who will buy a couple.

I can’t speak for everyone but I know at least 2 former Raptor owners who plan on buying the Raptor Ranger and have been trying to get their Ford dealers to get a first allocation. Their reason, is that the current Raptor is just too big and they figure that with the mods to the Ranger, it will be closer to the size

You would be surprise how oddly cheap people who spend this kind of money can be. Sometimes it’s just about how often they have to fill it up. I’ve known several people who traded their AMG in because they hated how often they had to go to the pump. I’ve also listened to S and X P100D owners talk about how much money

Just in time for Saudi Arabia to jack oil prices and cause everyone to run back to fuel efficient vehicles... who am I kidding? Saudi Arabia is our friend and they’ve already been forgiven. It’s time for everyone to get rid of those tiny CUVs and step up to the new definition of full sized.

For the Model3 it’s unsubsidized price is still competitive with the market, so I don’t think it will be that big of a factor. There is also not a lot of comparable competition. The Model S is in an interesting spot, because competing luxury brands are coming out with cars in that similar price bracket. I would

I thought about steering failure, but you can steer by thrusters or props even if only to just avoid a collision. Then again, you never know how bad the guy at the helm is.

How? I mean it isn’t like either ship is moving all that fast and there is so much maneuvering room. I’m guessing some kind of engine or prop failure on the ferry, that resulted in it just drifting into the other ship. However, it could have just been a dumb sh*t reheating a burrito, without leaving anyone on watch.

The only thing I find really baller is a big shower. Waterfall showers are awesome, but some people prefer floating in their own filth so it’s different strokes for different folks. I used to have a bathroom that was the size of many people’s living rooms, sadly the shower was normal size so the luster was lost on me.

The layout of a lot these houses is abysmal and you can tell a lot about the personality of the owner from how they were designed. Personally, I care about the view, privacy and a nice social kitchen/living area. A lot of these homes are setup as somewhere where only your staff cooks when you have guests and you pass

73 years is a long time to be a “rebel province”. As a founding member of the UN, you would think the ROC would still hold a chair. I think there are better diplomatic approaches, than our angry turnip’s approach, but the world has been far too lenient with the PRC.
