Do NOT buy one of these garbage gaming chairs.

None of these are even marginally as comfortable as most Steelcase chairs for long periods of time.

Especially because car racing seats are not known for their comfort. They are a utilitarian thing. They are meant to keep you still in fast turns and impacts. Comfort is an after thought to safety most times.

Never buy a gaming chair. They are all garbage.

Oh, yeah, I don’t mean to be at all dismissive of the havoc that a solid hit from a big CME might wreak. Just responding to the implication in the article that it would be raining jetliners.
This is why I’ve limited my smarthome. I have TP-link Kasa devices. None of them are on the internet. The app works over wifi, and if that fails I have the ability to control them through a windows script or Home Assistant... or just hitting the on/off buttons by hand. I also like Govee bluetooth devices for their…
And, strictly speaking, it’s not even correct. We’ve known for 116 years that time and space are relative, not absolute, and that the only absolute is the speed of light. Thus, a photon’s reference frame is the only one that everyone can agree on, regardless of the observers’ states of motion. And, since at the speed…

Oooof. Trust me, on the industrial side of the market (where the money really moves) they are missing way too much money for it to be intentional. Increased commodity prices at best let producers of said commodities break even, because the companies big enough just pay a premium for it while the smaller players…
China is currently in the throes of a power supply crisis brought on by a combination of factors, ranging from low production in China and a ban on Australian coal (which they used to rely on heavily before the Australians gained a backbone and told China off re: human rights).
Markets are always manipulated. Pure supply and demand rules are the exception. The rule is manipulation and collusion and price fixing as often as it can be done, by hook or by crook.
This is kind of my response to people when they ask me about when the cost of construction materials are going to come down. Why would they when people have been paying higher prices for this long? Short of a significant collapse of just about everything, the increased price of all that we see is going to stay the…
Correct! This is why I immediately register buses as an RV. I also have a shiny B endorsement on my license as Illinois makes that a bit too easy to get. Seriously, it was harder to get a motorcycle endorsement than it was to be able to drive something stupid big.
Note that driving even an empty bus requires a CDL with passenger endorsement. This answers a question about school buses, but the answer makes it clear it applies to all:
(sigh... kinja. here is a manual DIY url since a link didn’t work):
