I believe Timberland is the sole songwriter and producer with Quincy acting as a character and singing said songs. Now, that doesn't mean while filming, the actor doesn't ad lib, or throw in his own nuances. But that doesn't automatically make him a writer and deserving of a writing credit or royalties as a writer.
