It's a useful little graphic, though I usually find them without the arrow pointer. The side on which the hose is shown to come out of the pump is still the one where your filler cap should be, though this backfired miserably when I explained it to my girlfriend and her Hyundai Accent (mid '90s) had it backwards.

How so? I distinctly remember needing two floppies to copy it... Maybe it was the mega database of tracks that inflated the size so much...

Good stuff. My friends hated the one bump-crash-death, but I found it amusing. :D Used to spend ages in the track editor.

Didn't know Miler passed away. Really loved the cartoons back in the day... Thanks for everything Zdeněk.

Hm, in my case it's not as bad a trauma as yours, but god damn those two little fuckers Pi & Pa used to scare the shit outta me with their intro: [www.youtube.com]

Unless it's an oval, I would hedge my bets otherwise. :)

Yes, that's the point. They're on the same platform, but the Cruze is slotted below the Astra. How can the Cruze then compete with the Dart, which is on par with the Giulietta, which is in turn slotted above Astra.

My thoughts exactly. And if the setup turns out light enough, go sporty. Micro turbine small sports cars? Yes please.

Lovely bit of history, thank you for these posts. :)

Couldn't have put it nicer. :) <3click

Nyaa... Here in ye olde Yurop, the Cruze is seen as an inferior Opel Astra (sedan or hatch, pick your pick), whereas the Dart comes from a more upmarket Alfa Romeo Giulietta. Interesting how the pricing turned out in US. Makes me wonder if the Dart's ever making it to the EU. It seems heaps better than the Caliber,

Depends on the remap. A conservative tune up (power and torque wise) usually slightly increases mileage, while a more aggressive remap will almost certainly drink more fuel. :)

This bra requires more boob material!

Meh, you're overthinking this, Matt. :) Somebody wanted to pose his shitbox as a Merc and went badge hunting, prolly online. 2.5 seemed like an engine size he could get away with and Turbo just sounds cool. The dude then took a hit of his crack pipe and in the haze decided that the car looks vaguely like a 190E and

My thoughts exactly. :D

I, er... A friend always uses some sort of airtight package and inside either a food or hygiene item. The old favorite is carefully opening a pack of ground coffee, inserting the goods and then supergluing the pack back together. Also used were bell peppers and a shampoo bottle. When we were setting up camp, one of

Nice story. :D The spelling made me cringe sometimes, but it didn't spoil the effect, which is what matters. :) Good luck in your future endavours, SDHQ.

Ha, I love me some pessimism and curmudgeoning in the morning. :D Heartclick for you, sir.

I was with you, until I took a further look into the original article. The car looks like it's on par with the Miata, MG TF, Lotus Elan M100 or similar. It doesn't have the A410's image or proportions. Supras and 3000GT are colossal compared to it. With this in mind, do you not think the 140HP would be sufficient for

Is that not the usual procedure?
