Did I miss the point, or did you miss mine? Why don't you explain both our points and and be helpful, instead of popping in with a "you're wrong" comment that isn't the least bit helpful or additive to the conversation? Just an idea. Take it or leave it.

She wasn't attractive in the least, except for a relatively athletic and healthy looking build, which you should expect from any character that requires physical attributes to be the protagonist. Otherwise, yes, scars, missing limbs, shaved head on one side, I don't honestly see how they were attempting to make her

Common Myth. The vast majority of Christians actually believe in evolution. What they generally don't buy into is that human's evolved from Apes, or that all species evolved from one. However, I find the evolving nature of life as interesting as the ever changing cosmos. I believe that it makes God a lot more

Yes, Energy supply is a big motivator, but I don't buy it as a US motivator in this particular case. Given all the recent trouble, the US doesn't actually import much oil from the middle east, and as far as I can tell zero from Russia and the Ukraine. http://www.npr.org/2012/04/11/150…

Well, given that the Russian move is so out in the open (I have to toss another globe in the trash because they redrew the boarders) it is easier to suspect the only other players (The West) of having more conspiracy laced motives, since their motives are less obvious. That said, the country that gained the most is by

Interesting. I tend to like my news to at least try and not sound biased. The entire thing is littered with inflammatory descriptions with no backing. Things like this (emphasis mine):

The US spending 4 billion with the line item "overthrow Ukraine government" is news to me. Do you have a link I can use to educate myself?

The scariest snow covered roads I've ever driven on are also the most fun summer roads I've ever driven on.

For the fun of it I did a little math. Suppose the following:

I'm open to witnesses or other cameras that show otherwise, but if that is road rage it's the most poorly executed road rage ever, and there is a lot stupid in the road rage world to beat.

My understanding is that the lawsuit won't be about what initiated the accident, but rather to answer the question "should the occupants have survived this crash given some standard or average".

"Fuck that, Mr. Nobility."

they could have a case, if inly because MANY cars get in high speed crashes on freeways, highways, and tracks, and having both occupants burn to death is rare. So rare I've never heard if it. I've heard of cars rolling over and crushing the hand of the driver as it flew out the window, but not burning to death.

Out of philosophical curiosity, at what point do you start caring? If sacrificing 30 kids justifies your life, how about 100 lives? 1000? Or do you really not have a limit where you'd rather live out your life at the expense of others?

"No matter how noble you think you are, human instinct is going to have you immediately react to do whatever is necessary to save your life, so the car should respond in like."

If MPG is the only way you compare cars, you might be on the wrong forum :-\

wtf happens to his voice at 1:35? Is he doing an impression or did a Dutch Daffy Duck snatch the mic?

I don't like it. What I want to see is them say "We did test A one hundred times with a loaded key ring and got a failure rate of 50%, and did it again with a single key and got 0%".

You make a good point. Maybe the target user and financial backer doesn't use instagram, but their young lackey who carries out all the work does.

Though I do find that as the model number goes up, dedicated forum members make a steady transition from suggesting zip ties to "take it to the dealer, obviously".
