This isn't the first time in the last month the Houthis have fired missiles toward Israel. First Ballistic Missile, but The US Navy intercepted some missiles and drones a few weeks ago in the Red Sea

Or, you know, like they usually do criminals can just pay someone without a record to buy them a 3D printer. It’s not that hard to get around.... or just cross state lines to buy a 3D printer
As much as I’d love to think that’s a major part of the problem, I’m betting there’s also a LOT of subpar business decisions going on.
Unity has to become profitable first, which I think makes them more desperate to find “creative” ways to get that money from customers.
They currently earn just under $1 Billion in revenue a year, but appear to be spending about ~$1.2 Billion in expenses a year (on what, I have no idea).
I wouldn’t expect too much of a change in Unity’s direction long term. All you have to do is look up their quarterly updates since it’s all public information to see that they are still losing almost $200 million/yr on a nearly $1 Billion in Revenue. I.E. They are spending near $1.2 Billion/yr in costs. They have to…
1. Was there supposed to be MORE to this series? Because it really feels like we got 1/3 of the story we were supposed to, and that was streched across way too many episodes.
Well, it was a season finale. It was already announced that there would be a movie based loosely on Heir to the Empire with Thrawn, so that wasn’t getting wrapped up this season. Keeping Baylan, Shin, Ahsoka, and Sabine there also lets them tell a separate story that could be entirely standalone or laying groundwork…
With an Heir to the Empire movie on the horizon and a New Jedi Order Movie also down the line. These storylines were never getting wrapped up in this season.... and the Thrawn one wasn’t getting wrapped up in the show either. This was known ahead of time due to the previous announcements.
He was referring to Ezra/Ahsoka/Sabine performing a ground assault, not Thrawn.
Also, that air power is slightly limited by a couple of ways:
1. Thrawn is well aware the Jedi are not to be underestimated. It’s why he ended up there in the first place.
2. He couldn’t fire the guns at high power to ensure it kills the…
Presumably? Have you finished the season?
I mean the original trilogy’s saber combat was also very much “swinging a club” style. I rather like that we’ve seen a wide variety of lightsaber combat styles with influences from Samurai, Medieval, Fencing, and more. Many times depending on the character’s individual style and personal flares, too.
Comparing PC gaming from that era to now is not genuine. Back then PC gaming was built largely for the best of the best hardware, was generally behind consoles in capabilities, and much more costly just to get a general use PC than it is today.
So what?!? You cannot build all your games on PC for the most top 25% of hardware. Most PC Gamers aren’t running top of the line hardware. Hell, most PC gamers aren’t even running recent hardware. Nvidia GeForce 10xx series GFX cards are still the most used on Steam. CPUs on Steam still hover around 2.3 - 2.9 GHz as…
Luke was trained by Jedi still tied to the “old ways” of the Jedi order. The characters that have mentioned the more expansive ideas about everyone having the force came from Jedi that were given different perspectives on the force from their own experiences and from other types of Force users. Specifically for Kanan…
That also doesn’t mean that all 50 devs were pulled from one project. That’s highly unlikely. Even if they were, they weren’t likely pulled all from the same team. Most dev teams aren’t anymore than 6-10 people (at most) due to the simply issues created with team velocity by adding more people. In all likelihood they…
That’s not true. As noted in this episode (and throughout the Prequels and Clone Wars) - The Jedi were overly selective based on innate talent, not potential. According to George Lucas, anyone can use the Force if they “take the time to do it”.
n software development, just adding or having more people working on a project doesn’t mean a project will be done faster or be more stable, in fact it can very well cause the project to take longer.
It’s also really really really important to note that Larian also generally doesn’t work on more than one game at a time. They have the ability to do that because they are still private and independent. Contrast that with Activision-Blizzard, Nintendo, Sony, MS, EA, etc - all of which are publicly traded companies and…
I wouldn’t necessarily expect a Divinity: Original Sin 3. The Divinity series is 6 games already and they’ve never gone more than two games with the exact same systems. Divine Divinity and Beyond Divinity were more a hybrid between Diablo and Baldur’s Gate. Divinity 2 was a 3rd person action RPG. Divinity: Dragon…
BG3 has a lot more of the D&D 5E types of mechanics. As such there are “dice rolls”, proficiencies, class restrictions, etc. The Divinity series is much more open in how you build your character.
Many aspects are similar, but go into BG3 expecting the tabletop mechanics and more complex and restrictive character builds
