Except if they are selling new games as used, they are depriving the developer/publisher of their cut of the sales, thus not only are they artificially controlling supply and demand, but also (illegally) denying the Publisher/Developer their cut from several copies of the game

I just checked mine and 16 Gamestops in a 50 mi radius has Xenoblade in stock now

Not really. It took a lot of Tactics Ogre's mechanics, but it has its own story/universe. A Story/Universe shared by several really good Games:

Vagrant Story, Final Fantasy Tactics A2, Final Fantasy Tactics, FFXII: Revenant Wings, Final Fantasy XII. (I don't count FFTA as it appears to exist outside of the history of

As bad as this is, it's not all doom and gloom for Nintendo. As reported in an Article at IGN, Nintendo has over $5 Billion in reserves and another $5 Billion in bonds AND despite Wii U's suck fest, they still managed to post a profit on the quarter. All in all, Nintendo is, strangely, doing just fine financially.

Forgot to add two additional stipulations:

Red Hat Linux Certs (RHCSA, RHCE, etc)are highly regarded if you're looking at a Linux Systems Admin/Engineer job. Reason being is that your study for the test, then are sat down in front of a computer for 2.5 hours and given tasks to complete within Red Hat Enterprise Linux. Tests your skills, not just the

I wish they were bringing these to PC, I can't justify spending $400-500 for a new console for 1-2 games, especially since my job requires me to keep a powerful PC running for Running and Testing Virtual Servers.

Not "exclusive", unless MS paid big bucks in the last week to change that. It's coming to PC as well.

Few people (from what I can tell) are upset about the content on the XBox One, I'm sure great games will be on it. It's the policies that piss me off.

Except Steam doesn't require you to be online to play games - just played some the other day through Steam Big Picture in offline mode

The servers don't need to go down, a DDoS can stop Network traffic in a heartbeat without ever touching the servers themselves

Final Fantasy Tactics Advance is kinda wierd... not even sure it fits into the timeline for the Ivalice games (Final Fantasy 12, FF12: Revenant Wings, Final Fantasy Tactics A2 - Grimiore of the Rift, Final Fantasy Tactics, Vagrant Story)

Honestly, if anyone thinks information was stolen during a DDoS attack, then they have no idea what DDoS does. It's designed to knock out the ability to connect or connect from the attacked location, not to steal information.

So far it looks and sounds really cool (aside from the "3 OSes" fail... a kernel isn't an OS), but until they let me play my games on my laptop, PC, and Linux PC at no additional cost to re-purchase them, then I'll stick with my home-built Steam Box system w/ XBMC and tvheadend

3 Operating Systems???

A Kernel isn't an OS, it's a layer that sits between an OS and the Hardware....

So basically we have the XBox OS running on a Windows Kernel..... not 3 OSes

I this is what annoys me about the Wii U thing.

It was written before LOTR, however the Movies are an Adaptation of Tolkien's Universe and Timeline, not a strict adaptation of the novel. The Appendices of LOTR and LOTR itself DO talk about the Necromancer being Sauron as well as what Gandalf was doing when he was gone.

Except WebEx is a Piece of crap for troubleshooting. We use it here and other solutions (such as the newer VSee) works better than WebEx.

What's totally crazy about all of this is that Nintendo has so much money in the bank that they could theoretically keep making consoles for the next 50 years and lose money every year before going under. Basically they have enough money to do whatever the hell they want

It still doesn't change the fact that those portable screens are largely solo experiences. My wife and I largely prefer sitting back and watching Hulu/Netflix/TV programming from the couch, on the TV than putting a 15" screen on my lap and having the two of use huddling together and barely seeing the screen. This
