This is a nice clean car that looks well sorted, and like everyone pointed out it’s a great time to feel the springtime sun on your face cranking down empty back roads emptied by this national crisis. NP all the way, BUT: Even though the consensus seems to be 911 > boxster, I can never get over the awkward proportions

I had a 94 Legend 6 speed coupe when I graduated college, and for a period I lusted after the SC300 with a manual, which was even harder to find than the Acura and always just out of my price range as a 20-something. I still think about that Acura and wonder if it’s still out there somewhere. It was a great

I own a dog rescue and I’m reliant on people from all walks of life from all over the country to send me good pictures of the dogs they are fostering, so I can find them a home. I can guarantee you that the vast majority of people know a good picture when they see it but are completely incapable of actually taking a

Maybe the trope of “couldn’t afford a 911" was relevant when Porsche first released the Boxster in 1996. But in 2020 when a new boxster/cayman can easily reach $100,000 and there’s a spectrum of used 911's and Boxsters to choose from at price points nearly anyone can afford, it’s time to stop with this nonsense. I’m

Flight attendant witnesses crazy-eyes bald guy rhythmically punch-shaking the seat of defenseless woman in front of him while seethingly whispering sweet nothings in her ear. Solution? Let’s add some free alcohol to this mix and see what happens.

Yeah, this scares me a little. Supposedly everything we’ve heard so far has been euro-spec exhaust with the particulate filters installed. I’m chomping at the bit to hear a US spec car with the PSE. I have a 981 boxster S with the PSE and I bought it to replace my 987.1 S specifically for the SOUND. I’m really a 9

Thanks, I hate it.

When this orange carnival barker was elected, I thought that we could survive four years of him. We’re slowly getting to the tipping point though, and like you said we’ll be climbing out of this hole for a long time. If he gets re-elected, and there’s a 50/50 or greater chance of it, that will be the end of this

This is a great story, told well.  You should consider being a writer, or at least giving us more stories.  And don’t worry, being somewhat long-winded is a qualification for being a writer!

I want to rattle can it flat green, paint a sharks mouth on both front fenders

Agreed with all of the comments about it perhaps being time to re-test older drivers. However, apparently this is the second time a car has gone into the river in that same spot at this particular car-wash. If I were the owners of this car wash, I’d put a guardrail there just so I wouldn’t have to see my business on

I’m thinking more 74-76 Grand Am.  I owned one of those and that’s exactly what the dash looks like.  Look how the raised portion of the hood comes together in a “V” shape.  And I agree, of all the pictures to show car ergonomics, this is certainly an odd choice!

Anyway! We’ll see how this works out.

I love my Element. With that said, it’s pretty slow at sea level. I can’t imagine trying to wheeze my way from Denver to Vail with it. I had a rental Kia Soul and it downshifted two gears every time I even thought about pressing the gas pedal.

Oh come on now! Although I agree the demographic you describe definitely exists, they are assuredly not driving Honda Elements. Maybe a 5 year old Corolla or Camry but not an Element. The Element is and always will be a niche car originally bought new by people that had a specific use for it in mind, and owned today

Late 80's, early 90's Acura was peak Acura. They have the trademark to “Legend”. How can you beat having L E G E N D spelled across the back of a car? Then some douchebags within the company decided to go with the industry standard indecipherable naming convention which resulted in the completely forgettable RL as

It’s so easy to point and laugh at this loan but like others have pointed out, this is not a predatory 8 year high interest loan on a Dodge Nitro...it’s an entirely different thing. People that got rich on their own are very smart with their money. They don’t “invest” in things that don’t actively make money. Niche

The only thing better than garfield is garfield minus garfield. Don’t look at these if you are depressed.

You forgot Crosstrek STI

He’s the best at getting in and out of the city.
