Most of what is said here in the original article is accurate and straight from the Word. I also have been profoundly disturbed by the terror and brutality of The Lord, and my own life thus far would best be described as a living hell, despite seeking God zealously.

Great comment, but of little concern to the ignorant.

Living deep in the bible-belt and being a 30-something, vagina-having, marriage-free, childless, world traveling, home owning, sex liking woman with no plans to change any of those things, I get the "why buy the cow" comment quite often.

1) The Lord of heaven and earth can certainly handle a little ribbing from an i09 blogger. I'm a Christian, and found this thing hilarious.

It's nice to think that a super hero icon can be reimagined from a different part of the world, culture or mythology, but WW is about a woman who can do more than the men who say otherwise. A hijab is a symbol of female subjugation. It's not that I don't question the idea of a WW who is Muslim, it's that I question

My apologies, Sister. Let's pretend I had Galatians 3:28 in mind when I wrote that comment... ;)

I am an athiest but I am generally tolerant of belief. I also read the entire Bible, cover to cover, which is more than most athiests can claim. I think that there are benefits to the Church in terms of community but I just don't personally belief.

I know this is an unpopular opinion here, but I'm so glad you weren't afraid to speak your mind. Good on ya, mate!

Soooo does this mean that climate change may result in a zombie apocalypse due to strange new parasites developing (ahem) inside cat intestines?

My plague inc. game is going swimmingly.

Well said. I regularly get flamed on here myself for espousing traditional Christian beliefs. But we gotta stand up and speak the truth sometimes. :)

1) I honestly think you should read up on the concept of rape culture - rape jokes feed into a system that does not punish rape or take rape seriously, and in fact supports rape. I don't mean this in a rude way because you seem very intelligent, just not educated on the topic, so I think you would be interested in

Dat's some Da Vinci Code shit right there.

Oh. My. God.

Now, hasn't anyone seen this symbol before?

Yes, most women (and any sex book worth the paper it's printed on) will tell you that circumference is usually more important than length, and that the vagina is most sensitive in the first few inches. This isn't a new thing. I'm glad that we finally have 3D images and science to understand why these things are as
