We got Jesus because we fucked up, not because God fucked up. He gave us choices and as a species we consistently made the wrong ones. God loved us so much he took on human form and suffered so we wouldn't have to. That's pretty loving if you ask me.

I don't think it's because He doesn't care. We suffer for a reason, some people think it's punishment (I think that's nonsense.) I believe that we are being prepared in this life for whatever comes in the next. Smooth seas never made a good sailor type stuff.
