If true, I am at a loss for how that would integrate with Apple's own movie and TV rental system. Why would I ever rent a movie from Apple on my Apple TV when I could just stream it from Netflix on my AppleTV for my monthly subscription cost?

What's the point of cloud streaming your music to your iPhone/iPad? The sound quality will be crap, AT&T's already sucky network will crash, and anyone without a grandfathered unlimited data plan will hit their data caps before month end.
