I'd have to say the E36 M3, I've looked around my local Craigslist, and I've found 3 E36 M3s that are for less than 10k. Hell, one I just looked at was $6,100 OBO. $10,000 can't buy anything faster in my opinion (Besides US E36 M3s, lolol)
