I'm not sure if it's hit detection or just horribly laggy.. but after playing a few hours, and not getting any headshots or killing people, while always aiming at the throat/head.. I decided.. no this isn't a great MP game.

I'll start with proclaiming my nerd rage for the layout change of uk.kotaku and canada.. RAGE! rawr..

@Kanji08: It's the counter-strike or WoW direction of graphics.. where it's better that a vast majority of players are able to play and enjoy it at it's best, rather then a handful of high end computers able to run a game, while the low-ends struggling to keep up.

In your situation I probably wouldn't actually turn to games as a pass time.. I think I'd most likely turn to something more creative, such as painting/drawing/sculpting etc.

30 is just fine, there really isn't any need to go much higher.. We all see the world in 24fps anyway.

@hagren: That's cool, I guess.. but Mass Effect series is actually one of the few console games that's had a decent FOV. I'm surprised they changed it.. maybe others will follow.

That's actually a good looking orc face and facial hair.. I don't recall ever seeing that combo in the char creation.. :/

Hmm I actually never thought of that, but when you mention it, yeah.. they were at a better angle.. I mostly recall overly abusing my Duke, while playing racing games, like PGR2 and such in the old days.

They did the same thing with Bad Company 2.. I don't really see what's to QQ about.. It didn't take THAT long to gain those items the hardway..
