These kinds of effects happen from various classes of weapons. The launcher type has some crazy stuff.
I don't know where you saw that. We've always been consistent in our position about loot and customization.
I believe Borderlands 2 has more than twice the physical area of Borderlands 1.

Check Steam or Gearbox forums for help. We're going to have a FAQ available soon. This is an edge case, but you can work around it if you know what you're doing. The FAQ will help and so will the forums.
Very likely.
Lorin's sketch.
I have to check on the status of this. I promoted the idea of offering a free, standalone benchmark but don't know how far that got before launch. Things are a little crazy at the moment.
People are people. We're going to be locking certain things down. To the extent that we can punish jerks, we'll do that to. Don't be a jerk. Jerk = cheating or hurting someone else's experience.

Depending on how big your team is you're either going to want to focus on intent and consensus building around that intent or you're going to want to carry the torch yourself on development duties. Also, never lose your team. You lose your team, you're dead.
We develop on PC with consoles in mind. We have had equal resources on 360 and PS3. There is no native platform exactly, but it's likely to be PC if one would take the risk to name one.
Maybe.
Actually, no. I don't.
Legacy of the Ancients was a good game. I'd like to see what a modern Temple of Asphai could look like... I'd also be gratified to see the Might and Magic brand leverage its roots a bit more. Imagine if Bethesda did a Might and Magic game? What would that look like? That's what Ubisoft should be asking…
