The only thing I’ve used a front camera for is face recognition security. Never took a selfie and I’ve only skyped from a desktop. I know that many use their phone as their main means of communication but I can’t even carry my phone at my job so I really only use it for texting/calling while traveling. 

They could even have a little sliding door to cover it when not in use. Or it could double for the fingerprint scanner.

How about offering a phone without a front facing camera? If it was cheaper, I would buy it. Or better yet, add a small screen on the back just for selfies and use the existing camera.

My biggest recommendation for the Ram would be the addition of a P-D-R button the steering wheel. Just to make backing out of a driveway and leaving simpler. Obviously they would only work when the brake was depressed.
