I flash my lights but if right lane is totally clear I just pass them. So many people will never yield the right of way.

True but in places like Texas right lane is usually in good condition relative to left lane but people still force you to pass them on the right.

My rule is if you want to go faster than me I will happily yield the right of way.

Texas is 50/50. Some people realize hey this guy is gaining on me I should let him pass others are like it is my god given right to hang out in the left lane and not pass other cars.

Forcing people to pass you on the right is the bigger danger. Yield the right of way per the law or speed up.

Watch the first 2 - 3 minutes where he he talks about the car and then move on.
