"I don't know how we as women expect men to respect us, when we don't respect each other" = Respect is not granted as a course of right, and we should treat each other the way we expect to be treated. (Unless you take it out of context. Which of course you did.)

"There's so much jealousy, so much comparison and envy."

Hope Solange isn't a Mets fan.

Isn't the Mets winning more surprising and newsworthy?

"Vlad the Impaler" sounds like a bro nickname.

If Jay had "pushed" Solange, you'd probably be singing a different tune.

It's not okay to lay hands on someone else out of anger/frustration/irritation.

In accordance with Honda's tradition of making everything boring in some way, it will be available in any color you want, so long as it's beige.

You're reading a lot of words that aren't actually there.

In all fairness, ten year old boys are suuuuuperrr annnooooyyyyinnngggg.

That's very true, and thanks for pointing out that distinction. My post could be read as that it's something that the scouts share, which isn't necessarily the case.

The scouts teach community service and helping others, among other good things. :)

Granted, the boy scouts are pretty gay-hatey, but there are good qualities... And scouthood teaches some valuable lessons.

Some friends and I once convinced one of our friends that all the drums in the movie "Drumline" were CGI. Because they had a huge special effects budget and wanted to use it.

The same friend was also was convinced that Dachshunds were vicious pack animals in the wild.

So, he's racist and insecure?

Sorry for using a term to describe a problem that I thought might be more associated with wealthier people with a term that touched you in a sore place. There's a difference between correlation and absolutes. I guess you didn't learn THAT in college, person who might be the exception rather than the rule.

Fuck off.

Jesus Christ you smug, arrogant fuck. I was wondering how the phenomenon might be class related, and you just came along to be a giant bag of dicks as opposed to even examining the possibility.

Way to go, troll. I had an interesting thought, and your first response was to be an asshole. Never mind any social

Maybe so.

I would think that lower income families would be less tolerant of an adult living at home. I'm curious to whether there is more pressure for them to leave home and the family dynamic.

No. I think that families that have non-working kids living at home (and tolerate it) are more than likely not low income.

And yes, I think that most families that can afford to send kids to college are not "low income".

What's interesting about this is that it's making me wonder if it's a class related phenomenon. I'd be interested to see how this data relates to lower income families...

I mean, "kids moving back in after college" seems like a very much symptom of affluenza.

Howdy Doodie?

He is such a huge doodie. He's the biggest doodie I've ever seen.

I love to cook, and eat good food. But I also love waffle house. I feel like "foodie" kind of precludes that. There's an air of pretentiousness about it.
