I was going to ask for an exhaustive list of other Switch games that include “boob nudity” so that I can be sure to stay far, far away from them, but it sounds like Nintendo has already protected us, on their system that already has parental controls.

File footage of Nintendo lawyers contacting the game’s creator:

Interesting choice not locking the player to 2 dimensions

I agree it’s like 99% nostalgia, but I’m thinking back and it was also the first shooter I can remember that worked reasonably well with a controller as opposed to keyboard+mouse.  So that’s something it brought to the table.

I scrolled through this and my main takeaway was that we should all strive to live a life that will be remembered so fondly by so many.

Here’s your article, people. I wonder why it took so long? Look at all these tributes. RIP, Mike.

Retelling favored stories is a tradition as old as storytelling. Each new storyteller adding their personal touch, some only changing the way they tell it, and others changing the story to fit the times or their preferences.

I mean, in-ground pools are just wet holes in the ground. What a weird take.

I feel like the people you’re talking about are the exception rather than the rule. Yes, some sanitation workers enjoy their work and are passionate about it, but most of them are there for a paycheck. Like most professions.

streets of rage 4 came out 2 years ago and was at least as good as this one.

Not even just the site promoting links, the article itself is a giant promotion for Amazon

“Prime Day, a promotion organized by a company that’s regularly violated anti-union-busting laws”

If I wanted to collect stars for some reason I would write the most widely held opinion in a pithy way, if I acknowledge upfront the opinion is unpopular I’m presenting it because I believe it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Stop. I can only get so erect.

I think this is bullshit anyway. Someone that isn’t a game industry person wouldn’t even know to try and dunk on single player games. Non-games industry people thing games are games, or else we wouldn’t have to constantly explain that you can’t pause an online game to people. This sounds like them trying to say ‘well,

as someone who worked on marketing once, this whole situation smacks of “let’s gently poke the hornet’s nest because there’s not such thing as bad publicity”, and the idea probably came from a Senior Creative with little knowledge of the market but a lot of sway in the ad agency.

Further, that source says that the staff running the Twitter account are “all new” and that most of them “aren’t really game industry people” and likely had no idea about EA’s long, bad history with single-player games.

What, precisely, is the point of having a “Social Team” if they are not also the people in charge of the (verified) twitter account?

I think its hilarious that Vegeta has become more of a hero than Goku; Vegeta deeply loves his wife and family, is willing to give his life to protect the earth and deep down, has respect for the z-fighters and his opponents.

But that’s not remotely true at all, and one only needs to actually watch OG DB and Dragon Ball Z to know that, while yeah, Goku loves fighting, it’s nowhere near the selfishness portrayed in Super.

I think the whole “I never meant Goku to be Superman” (even though DragonBall Minus outright lifts Superman’s origin
