Yeah, I don't get your point either. Of course some of the military defected in the Civil War, mostly the military that hailed from the South. Which, surprise, left the sides relatively evenly matched in personnel. Off the top of my head, both Robert E. Lee and Stonewall Jackson were among those defectors.

Right, I'd consider the return policy as part of the implied contractual agreement made upon the purchase of the product, and their breach of that policy without cause would be grounds for a civil lawsuit. I don't see the hypocrisy. They're not pointing the finger at the games industry for including guns in their games, they're blaming them for encouraging the player to kill NPC people. This game doesn't do that.
