If the drivers for Uber and Lyft are to be considered "Independent" they need to have the ability to compete with each other for that to be true. As you said they aren't which means they aren't independent as Uber and Lyft would have you believe hence they should have full benefits as employees

Because Uber and Lyft and purposefully obtuse in their own explanation of how it works.

I think you are missing the point. If the drivers are independent then They would need to be able to compete with each other Within the Uber or Lyft application and negotiate the cut Uber or Lyft get from the price the Driver sets. If Uber and Lyft are setting the prices For a bunch of independent drivers within their

There is no nuance to it. Uber and Lyft set the prices in their “Marketplace.” If the drivers are independent then Uber and Lyft are guilty of price fixing. If they aren’t price fixing then the drivers MUST be employees. You can’t have it both ways.

“Wanted for Damaging Cameras

This is quite a bit of fear mongering considering that most cars never receive updates at all. What is likely way scarier is that Tesla could just up and shut off supercharging for your car regardless of weather or not you bought it or are one of the people who got it for free.

Were you running the fans on turbo like you’re supposed to when you expect a thin and light to game?

My first reaction to this is: will there be a version with a proper throttle and some pegs so I can do normal motorcycle things?

When I looked at the MY2015 vehicle, to me, it looked like the rim shattered rather then leaver the vehicle over. To my eyes it looked like it did pretty much exactly what the whee on the MY2019 vehicle did but instead of standing resolute, it exploded under the forces involved.

The very specific combination of having a small overlap with a perfectly ridged immovable object does seem rather unlikely.

If you look closely. The BIG difference here is that the rim on the 2015 explodes like a damn grenade rather than lift the vehicle up, but it’s not hard to see that if the rim had stayed in one piece it would have leveraged up the vehicle in the same exact way as the new one.

Genuinely upset that S2000 isn’t on this list. I do appreciate the Porsche I just hate the way they look with a drop top. Or any 4 seater with a drop top for that matter.

Right, because if you sit in for maybe a Day to force a resolution or not show up and get fired. Right that makes sense just don’t show up.

S2000's have a lower rev limiter until they hit a certain temperature. They just don’t show it on the dash like this.

I still can’t get over how low the redline is in general.

I mean, I though all of the Corollas that came to North America where chassis code AE88 meaning there are no AE86's in America unless they are imported.

To start out I’m either exactly 6'2" or a tad under. I spent some time messing with the seat configuration to figure it out. I compromise by having my knees a bit closer to the wheel than I’d like but they don’t rub and have done 6 hour road trips that way. There are seat lowering brackets that will drop the seat 3/4"

Honestly I don’t think it was the leg room, at least not in the Gen 1. It needed a bit more head room though.

I’ll admit the non-adjustable wheel makes the S2ooo a problem for a lot of people. Most of my height is in leg length and for me, if my legs are comfortable the wheel is a bit too far away and visa versa.

And instead of updating the Volt. The Best range extended electric on the market. They killed it. Why? Because they couldn’t handle that it wasn’t a “Normal” car. How do I know? I have a 2011 Chevy volt and the car tries SO DAMN HARD to be “normal” when all they really had to do was what Tesla did, and acknowledge
