I daily an S2000. It had 85k on the clock when I got it. It has 160K on it now. I’ve done 7 hour road trips in it. It pulls winter duty with snow tires on it. And your 128i actually proves my point. It’s about 50-100 lbs lighter than the 3 series above without having to give up the rear seats.

S2000. You have two options at that budget: High miles, rebuilt, or a clapped out one you will have to spend time putting back to stock [like I said two options.].
