Fassbender's life is most certainly not ruined. He is doing better than ever. Accusations of domestic violence don't ruin lives; domestic violence ruins lives. In this society, such accusations are not taken seriously anywhere. Now that is sad. Josh Brolin, Sean Penn...these men have been more than accused and their

He seems to be a really cheesy embarassing person in general. Some chicks are into that. Not so much me.

1 in 4 women experience domestic violence. The vast majority of cases goes unreported. Is it not likely that several men in the woman's life abused her? Look, all I am saying is that domestic violence is a serious enough thing that if anyone has been even accused of it, I can't look at them the same way.

Definitely read that as "Dead NFL Player Surprises Girls Who Wrote Him Adorable Note," and I enjoyed the twist ending where it turned out he was not dead at all.

Careful, Dean Norris. Remember what happened last time you said it.

But at least in the OJ trial, the error was on the side of letting a guilty man go free, which is consistent with the way the U.S. system is designed. We don't get to keep trying the case until we get the verdict we want.

I understand your perspective. and honestly, from the little I have seen, I think Amanda would have liked to keep a lower profile too. But her family nearly bankrupted themselves for her lawyers and to visit her occasionally and she had to strike while the notoriously fickle American public was interested in her to

The American legal system is FAR from perfect, but I am pretty confident you cannot put someone on trial here for murder on the theory that she is literally a witch who used her magic powers to commit a murder without leaving any evidence behind (and her lack of motive easily explained as a sacrifice to Satan), then

True, I also can't imagine she WANTS to visit Europe again anytime soon after what she's been through, I suspect the experience might sour you a little to the continent.

The Italian government in general seems like a disaster. And I say that as a person of Italian descent.

But wouldnt her DNA be just about every where in that house anyways? I mean she did live there.

It's truly dysfunctional - Retrials, lax libel laws (among other things, she was accused of slandering the police), meandering proceedings, etc. It makes you appreciate the why the framers of the US Constitution put so many safeguards into the judiciary.

Isn't this kind of the opposite, though? Like, we couldn't put an obviously guilty guy in jail, while they keep convicting the (probably? I haven't followed it...) wrong girl.

What does the asterisk mean after the word/prefix "trans"?

"You" are so right.

Putting "she" in quotation marks like that is both unnecessary and rude.

Yeaaaaaaaaah... defining "womanness" as "how attractive you are to men" is... not helpful to cis or trans women. At all.

There is nothing wrong with saying someone is hotter to you. There is a problem with you saying that someone is more "womanly" to you, when what you really mean is that they are "hotter" to you.

where's carmen!!!!!????

In what way is one woman "MORE" woman than any other woman?
