In Gamestop back when they still accepted trade-ins for PS1 and N64 games, people would come in and ask what kind of credit they’d get for items, and as a Gamestop employee I was suppose to tell them the credit they’d get and if they declined then bid them a good day and thank them for visiting, but I had people on a…
A friend said he’s jealous of me, because I don’t have any clue what these “minions” things are. And I don’t plan to learn.
I still have my OUTATIME license plate from 1991.
Spider-Man was designed by the same guy who did Hogwarts. I like it too. I also like the Hulk coaster and the Jurassic Park ride.
This is sad. I had no idea the others closed in 2007. I remember going to Florida in ‘94 when I was 14 and riding it. Waited in line for what seemed like FOREVER. The excitement and Doc Brown on the TV kept me from getting bored while waiting. It was probably one of the coolest experiences as a child being a HUGE BTTF…
There’s still a couple that are good, like the Spider-Man ride at Islands of Adventure. That still has a “ride the movies” feel to it, at least. But you’re right!
I’m not a fan of the Transformer movies, but I thought that ride was fantastic at Universal Orlando. Especially when Megatron fired his cannon right at you and you could feel the heat of the rocket as it got closer.
Probably my favorite theme park ride of all time, back when you could still “ride the movies” at universal. Now it’s all minions and roller coasters. The one good thing they did was Harry Potter, all the other rides since BTTF closed have been crap.
You just tape it to the graphics card and the advanced technology of that Nintendo Expansion pack will do the work magically.
I lost mine one day when I took it out because it made Space Station Silicon Valley just completely refuse to work.
I left a safe house and knocked the wreath off the door as part of the animation. Get rekt.
Fuck your son.
Appreciate the encouragement. I have s stress-filled weekend in my face and one can left. Im going to earmark this as my last can and start trying to stop on Monday.
Not so far, but cancer runs in my family so we will see. I have had the receding gums, but it is not a major issue.
I concur with the others - cold turkey and find a substitute. Toothpicks, wintergreen Lifesavers, etc. I dipped for for almost 25 years and it was hard to do, but you can do it. I have been off now for 3 years and I still miss it from time to time.
If none of the habit breaking stuff I mentioned in my other comment works, maybe just get a picture of someone who had most of their face removed due to cancer, keep that in your wallet and look at it before you have a dip. That will probably cut down on the urge pretty quickly.
