People are idiots. They think because a few textures and meshes were changed it’s a remake. No, that means it’s a remaster. A remake is changing far more than just graphics.

It’s a REMASTER not remake. It’s more, slightly, than a polished port, but it’s in no way a remake and they have NEVER shown it to look more than a simple remaster!

I love Shadow of the Colossus so much, but I still feel like this remake is so unnecessary, at least at this point. This trailer certainly reinforces that feeling.

The ass in that trailer is all in those models. They look like they’re about 15 years old. That’s fine if that’s what they’re going for, but clearly the graphics that aren’t the characters are worlds better. Honestly, this almost smacks of, “Oh shit we don’t have anything to show,” and they took the assets they had…

Itd be nice if it supported bluetooth controls as there’s some decent ones out there.

First warning sign of any mobile game trailer, they don’t show you how the controls work. Guessing this will be yet another rock-paper-scissors style fighting game that we have already played ad nauseum.

Honestly the game looks, sounds, and plays like something developed for Android or iOS. That was my biggest gripe, how cheap and rushed it felt.

I’m of Latin American descent and can confirm this was everywhere in Ecuador when I’d go visit as a kid, but literally nowhere in the USA.

I remember Saint Seiya being really big in Puerto Rico when i was a kid along with Rouroni Kenshin and Slam Dunk... those were part of the after school lineup along with DBZ and Sailor Moon

Why not just rerelease the original? I remember Netflix distributing a remake of Cyborg 009; I tried watching it, but the CG animation was awful and distracting.
