I think back about how I would drink 2-4 cans of pop per day. Our parents were just less aware of the harm I guess. My kids are 10 and I doubt they’ve had 2-4 cans worth of pop in the past year. They don’t even know to ask for it. They think La Croix is pop and I have no plans on telling them the truth.

That’s an upbringing where flavored beverages were always available or given to the kid when they cried... it’s no different than vegetables.. if you didn’t force your kids to learn to like them, they won’t like them now
