Short answer: yes, I've always had DVDs and streaming, and currently don't plan to change that. I might lower the number of DVDs on my plan if prices go up much more though. The longer answer about why follows.

I probably use Facebook and Twitter the most — Facebook to keep track of friends' news, info, pics, etc. because most of them are on there, and Twitter to get news and some customer support (and posting random stuff). I generally like Google+, but too few people I know are on there and the ones that are rarely use

Agreed. I don't really see the point of this, especially when http vs. https is one of the clues as to whether you're on a secure connection. Why take that indicator away? I'm glad the fix is simple.

Thanks for the info. I think I did see that they had beta versions of the script available, but I was kind of waiting on an update to the stable version, which has been out of date for a while. I'm not sure if I should go back to FFixer with the newer beta version, or just stick with Better Facebook, which seems to

VOTE: Better Facebook

I didn't think losing tabs from using private browsing was an issue. So I just went into and out of Private Browsing Mode to check, and when I exited private browsing, all of my tabs were just as I left them. Of course, I do have "Show my windows and tabs from last time" set for when Firefox starts in general

I don't see it either. I think something I already have must be blocking it, but I'm not sure what. I haven't really looked to try to narrow it down. If you have an extension or script that modifies Facebook, that might explain it.

We all knew they were charging separately for DVDs and streaming now, but I really dislike this separation into two web sites with two charges to your credit card. It's one thing to split the plans up, but it's another to effectively completely separate them. It's going to be a bit harder to manage my plans now,

I know this is an older post, but I came to it from a more recent one. When I wanted to lose some weight, I used a combination of RunKeeper and MyFitnessPal. The first, as described in the article, helps track exercise. The second (at [www.myfitnesspal.com] and on Android, at least) helps track calories. Without

Well, it seems to be active now, at least for me. MOG said, "It looks like you were taken into a 14 day trial because you used an email address that was already in our system (meaning you have had a trial before with us under that email address)." After I said I had no record or memory of past use of MOG, they

I just started looking at this, and it does look really good. There are a lot of extra tools in this app, which is relatively small and can be moved to SD, and I could imagine this replacing some other single-purpose apps, if the tools are good enough for my needs. I agree that some sync feature would be awesome —

Unfortunately, I see no option in my settings where my plan is listed to cancel or change my current plan. I've e-mailed their support staff, and hopefully they will be able to help. Thanks.

So for those of us who went in earlier last night, when this article was posted, and signed in only to get notice that we're now on a 14-day free trial, are we still going to have free access when the trial is over?

Can you clarify this? I just logged in (using Facebook Connect, if it matters) and received an e-mail saying, "You’ve got 14 -days of Free Music from MOG." This looks like a free trial. Can you confirm that they are actually providing free service that will continue after 14 days? Thanks.

Thanks for the info. So it downloads apk files, presumably to the browser's default location on the SD card for downloaded files? If so, then I guess we could save those apk files and install the apps later. I might give it a try. Thanks.

Some of GetJar's Gold apps have been free at Amazon in the past, but I don't think they all have, so this is a nice opportunity. However, is there any way to "buy" them at GetJar but not install them? It would be nice if we could kind of reserve the apps, the way Amazon does (you can buy now and install later),

I guess this could be helpful if there's likely to be confusion on what to wear, and that's more likely to happen on the casual end than the formal end, I think. And on the casual end, it seems to be less of a concern if everyone's dressed similarly, I think. Weddings usually tend to be more formal, and I think have

Thanks, seeing these extensions for Google+ is great, but why are they almost always for Chrome? Isn't anyone developing similar add-ons for Firefox? OK, being a Google product, maybe these things work easier/better in Chrome (also a Google product), but AFAIK Firefox still has a larger market share and thus more

Regarding 3, correct me if I'm wrong, but I think you made a mistake in the "Groups you can share with" section. What you've called "Public" — posting to everyone in all of your circles — should be "Your circles", and below (more private than) "Extended circles". "Public" should be for posting to everyone in the

If they're not stopping you from using data services, then I think it is technically still unlimited. Just because the speed goes down doesn't technically stop it from being unlimited — you can still get data. But practically speaking though, I think it depends on exactly how they throttle you and how hard. If it's
