Mine are supposed to be at 30ish... the other 3 were at around 28... but the one that recently got put in a ditch after an inclement weather near-accident when the brakes locked up at about 1/4 strength, due to a whole combination of factors, IE, 2 wheels were on the painted line, one was in a puddle..
