Funny that they aren’t selling well, I did my part and bought a V6 1LE... I never in a million years thought I would ever buy a Camaro. Maybe that’s the problem? They made a car that is competing with used Porsche’s, Miata’s, and BRZ’s instead of a terrible merica’ mobile? It’s a bit sad to see it not selling well

This has shed light on perhaps the most perplexing life mystery! Thank you! This is always something I see, wonder about, and then forget within 30 seconds. But that cycle has happened at least 30 times by now. Mystery be gone!

Amazing! All the points to you today!

Eh, not worth it. I had an Na, sold it for an s2000, decided that was too expensive to track, now back to an NB. Just get a newer XJ haha.

XJ and miata are literally the perfect garage. I have the same combo but later examples of both. They are also actually the same car. Late 80's engineering, perfect suspension, ridiculous reliability, way too much fun, 15 year production run with a random redesign in the middle, do more than anything you can buy for 3

I’m almost positive it was when Mercedes released the ML in 1998. Things went downhill from there.

Mostly because it hasn’t been pushed hard in corners. This is functional camber. I use to run -2.7 degrees (the most you could get without new ball joints) on my S2000 on a track alignment, this is probably right around there.

1000% agree, gigantic poseur-mobile! Every single track day is dominated by idiots driving one of two cars, corvettes or gt-r's. The M3 guys are half as bad or at least don't have quite the same amount of power and thus avoid the pass on every straight then wobble through the next turn wondering when the car is going

Estoril because e36 m3, red because red. All the fun bits, nothing else. PERFECT. Car can be delivered to Orange County, CA. PCH and GMR runs to follow :)

OMG, how have I never seen this Indian terminator movie!?

I love this! I have a very similar outlook. No idea why people are afraid to explore the limits in their car?!

There's a really interesting divide in the S2000 world that perfectly emphasizes this point. The first six years of the S2000 there was no VSA (like BMW's DSC) or traction control of any sort; just a lovely

Exceeeept no. Have you been to an autox and seen the times of toyotabarus? I was really hoping to be impressed but was utterly shocked when I absolutely destroyed them in a stock NA Miata. I know, its a miata, of course its fast there but no, really, I was SECONDS ahead, multiple seconds, on a 38 second course...
