Hartford is really not so bad. Insignificant yes. But its relatively safe has some jobs and economic development and the suburbs are downright affordable. Short drive to multiple casinos and entertainment, not a bad drive down to NY for Yanks and Mets games.
Finally getting rid of Singer is a huge plus.
I’m gonna add (and throw in my general distaste for them as whole.). just STOP DOING PREQUELS. Does the MCU do Prequels? Honestly is why I am a teeny tiny bit nervous for Capt. Marvel.

Just adding another example. Smith and Wesson changed their name a few year back to American Outdoor Brands. Though their outdoors brands are not as well known. Be curious if the REIs and the like are really looking at all their brands.
