The enemy artwork looks really good.

I think some of the sprites need to be updated. The Amano character artwork used in the text looks great, but it barely matches up with the sprite.

I agree - the original sprites/textures look like every texture had work put into it while the new ones look cheap and very commercial. Very clear, though. I see what you mean about them looking goofy and watered down.

Just curious - it looks like a Caucasian and Japanese paradise in the screens: Are there any people of African or Southeast Asian/Indian descent in this game?

Captain America's shield looks like CGI was applied whereas Chris Hemsworth had to catch his.

I'm still not a fan of the combat system. I didn't like the lack of weight that the FFXIII system had, and it looks like a similar system is being followed here. It looks pretty, but way too frenetic and I'm not seeing much besides flashy graphics and big numbers.

Dazzler is pretty powerful, though. She can shoot lasers, project blasts and create illusions. She's not likely to be fired.

Really? Is there a letter or document you can link to so we can confirm this, because that would be fun to spread around.

I provided the list because your response had a list of mutants who could fly. Being that I had stated that "flying is cool b/c most mutants don't have that power", I was suggesting that you missed the point with your initial response since you listed the X-Men with that power, who are a subset of the entire mutant

But that's my point - flight is a pretty cool power when most mutants can't do it and Angel was created in a time where most heroes didn't have that power, either. I think it is significantly less common for a mutant to have flight to the point where it is noteworthy when they do in the grand scheme of things. The

Umm, you are forgetting the vast majority who can't. I said "most". Blob, Pyro, Moonstar, Karma, Cypher, Boom Boom, Prof X, Cyclops, Beast, Havok, Multiple Man, Emma Frost, Toad, Forge, Gambit, Bishop, Jubilee, Cecilia Reyes, Unuscione, Nightcrawler, Sage, Chamber, Mystique, Armor, Magik, Dr. Nemesis, Domino, Cloak,

Nope. I've played my fair share of games, but I never played those two. Do they have the ability to have dozens or hundreds of characters on-screen at once?

*points to the word "most" in my response* If you look over the list of mutant characters, the majority don't have flying capability. In contrast, all of the cosmic heroes can fly and the majority of Avengers have flying as part of their powerset. If you go through the list of all mutants, the non-flyers outnumber

Umm, you are forgetting the vast majority who can't. I said "most". Blob, Pyro, Moonstar, Karma, Cypher, Boom Boom, Multiple Man, Emma Frost, Toad, Unuscione, Stepford Cuckoos (counts as three, I believe), Wolverine, Sabretooth, Black Tom, Sebastian Shaw, Shatterstar, Longshot, Layla Miller, Quicksilver, Tempus,

I think the video is hilarious. That said, Angel is one of my favorites but I hated the Archangel change. Flying can be cool since, if you think about it, most of the mutants don't have the power to fly. It's really the Avengers and cosmic heroes who can fly, at will.

Don't fast track! That makes me think Uwe boll would be involved LOL!

They need more people populating the streets. I don't think any game has ever done a good job really getting the idea of a crowded area across.

But that was it - besides the scene where he was in the jail and used an explosion of force to knock the furniture back, he didn't seem that powerful. He had the green illusion power in the "Thor" and "Avengers", as well, but just disappointed that he didn't have more.

If that was an alternate skin for Snake, I might buy this game.

Why does movie Loki have such boring and limited powers? He's fighting a squad of Dark Elves and all he could pull out was a dagger. Where is his magic and etc?
