Technically true but its like with Attorney’s and clients. Either one may terminate the relationship and the common term is “fired as a client” which is just an easy shorthand for turning away a customer that you just don’t like any more.

I think she is assuming that all the clerical people in a convent are nuns. There is occasionally a priest rolling around those places.

I knew a woman that had periods during her pregnancy. It was not technically menstruation, but apparently it was enough for her to not realize for a good while.

This is how strange I am. I actually help prebuss the table. When I am done I gather all the unused plates and utensils into a helpful stack (big plates on bottom, small plate on top) and put all the utensils on top, then put it on the side of the table closest to the server so she/he and just swoop it up in a pass

You do see the difference between Hassling and offering the simple decency of removing the mess you left. Seriously if you do not want it gone, just say no thank you. What kind of person feels like a Philistine when someone offers to do something nice for them that is actually part of their job.

its in the way.

Nope wrong... that is just rude. When the hell did it become polite to make everyone sit with a dirty plate in front of them just because they eat fast. Where is this actually a rule anyway. Sounds like invented etiquette to me.

Um is this meant to be ironic? Or are you really saying that your fellow diners Must have their empty plates in front of them to wait for you to finish? WTH? Have you actually assumed that the speed you eat is right and the speed they eat is wrong? Do you actually think prebussing is about rushing you more than it is

Wait, so am I to understand he is offended because the server asked before the other diner had also cleaned their plate, or asking at all. What the hell would happen if the person only ate half their food (saving the rest for takeaway maybe)? And what would happen if you left all the plates on the table and the

Green. Always Green. Just ask Kermit.

Ugh they guy advocating “turn off your computer” right after John Oliver explains why that is not a solution....sigh.

Disagree. Capitalism has jack all to do with God whatever your religion. Its just another human system that has its flaws.

Um the hostess was great... She did her job, they just were not satisfied with her answers. She refrained from not booting her in the head. She had skills man.

Oh I agree she was totally in the wrong. I was mostly just thinking about corned beef. It happens a lot actually. I may have a small problem.

To get what they want at the expense of every person in their immediate vicinity.

In a small point of defense for the crazy in Jenny Rys’ story. Once accustomed to NY corned beef all other varieties are at least a little disappointing.

I agree with you but as a southerner I should clarify that they do not view it as basing their identity on that war, which is how it is perceived by everyone else. Many southerners consider the words Confederate.. and the Confederate flag itself... as synonymous with Southern. Often Confederate types think of those

As a man I can say that this particular trope makes me want to pull my hair out. I know many men who feel the same way, and for the life of me I am baffled as to why we don’t see more high profile men reacting with the same disgust that I feel when I hear this crap.

Not to mention her complete ignorance of the system and limited language.

kidney punches leave the wounds on their backs under they shirt... Its actually a popular abuse move to strike the victim where the wounds wont be super visible.
