Thanks. Too bad my formatting got destroyed by Gizmodo... To restate things so they are easier to read:
Radiation or chemo?
Well, since you would have no way of knowing the length of each word or how many words there are, you'd still have to brute force it.
So, can blind women now not get abortions in Virginia because they can't be made to look at a picture of their tadpole before flushing it out?
I just meant to build a tool that kept track of where a particular password was used for fancy visualization purposes. I could build this tool that kept track of which passwords were used on which sites without actually storing the password itself.
Wrong. 20 characters will always be harder for a computer to guess than 10 characters. It doesn't matter what those characters are. (Or rather, it doesn't matter as long as the 10 char and the 20 char come from the same character set.)

External hard drives are cheap. I don't want to sound like I'm lecturing you, but plug in another drive. Hopefully you never need…
Just to be clear, you do backup don't you? Time machine to an external or anything like that?
Bluray is $3 extra per month.
Yep - just checked out account and our account options... NOTHING has changed in what we have or the options available to us. I also went to the blog post mentioned in the article. I can't figure out what the deal is. Perhaps for the last couple of months they didn't allow new dvd-only accounts? I can't imagine what…
