Amazing design work? Technical achievement?

Eh, I would argue that Borderlands was far more MMO-like as an FPS than Stalker was. I could see both being MMO fairly easily, but Borderlands had the mechanics and such in place that really made it seem like it was an MMO originally and they had to cut it back to 4 players.

That means nothing.

Metroidvania plus... procedurally generated awesomeness?

Between the formulaic setup and the subscription system, I have little interest in this game.

At least Avatar was both a technical achievement and a marvelous showcase of some really amazing design work on a very large scale. The story was a retread of familiar ground and not really all that well-put together, but at least on a technical and design level, it was pretty damn good.

I have some Scottish in me, but I'm mostly Polish. I also married into a Scottish clan. Kilts, in the traditional Scottish sense, shouldn't be that unusual on me. But that's not really what I'm on about.

MH Tri was one of the Wii's best-looking games, without a doubt much better than the graphics on the PS2 and PSP iterations. Tri G on 3DS improves those graphics by a good margin. I mean, the PS2 game already looked beyond PS2 level, but by now it's far beyond that. It's not 360/PS3 level by any means, but the

Mainstream, AAA games ARE dumb. We can't escape that unless we escape that. Prove that games are smart by making games like Journey sell more than anything else. But as long as CoD continues to outdo the sales records it sets every year, games (as a whole) are nowhere near being smart.

In fact, forget the Truman Show and the blackjack.

I'd love to put some money into my wardrobe. Unfortunately that's really not in the books and likely won't be for a while. One of these days I dream I'll actually be somebody, and I'll be going to cons and showing of my latest game... maybe when that day comes I'll have something less trashy and cheap to wear.

Too bad, definitely. I love the variety of clothes women can wear. I, on the other hand, can't even wear a kilt without getting a lot of strange looks and people asking why I'm wearing a kilt. I dunno, maybe because it's men's clothing, it's comfortable and I like being able to make a conscious decision on what I wear

Then don't complain about his looks. :P

Also, we're throwing in an amazing extra fight against Rathalos (from Monster Hunter) but you can only stand there and watch people fight it if you're not living in Japan.

Dark Souls isn't that hard, though.

I dunno. If your internet is bad enough *coughCLEARWIREcough* I'm sure you'd run into that occasionally.

I just got done looking back through his website and apparently the build he's working on now has the game running in full HD and it's further changed from the Alpha release. Back when I played it, he was getting really bummed out and he didn't have plants to continue on Iconoclasts at all. I couldn't be happier he

It was available for purchase for $20 on the developer's website (the guy is amazing, here's his website: [www.konjak.org] (If you haven't had a chance and it's still up there, find the alpha for Iconoclasts. It's one of the more creative and charming Metroidvania type games I've played) a little more than a year ago.

Oh yeah, this guy! I remember playing a demo for this game and his demo of Iconoclasts. The former was pretty good but that latter was pretty much amazing. I was so sad when I got to the end and realized I couldn't just drop some dollars right then and there to get the whole game. Because I would have done it in a

I saw the words Still Alive (overdone, not funny anymore IMO) and dubstep.
