Keep playing a while. The first levels won't do much for you beyond explaining the basic controls and giving you a rather strictly limited, more linear area to guide you to learn the mechanics.

That's not even to mention Monster Hunter. Frontier, the amazing MMO Monster Hunter on PC and 360, and probably the definitive, perfect version of the game as it would appeal to American audiences, will never be localized. MH Portable 3rd seems to be going nowhere slowly. Monster Hunter Tri G MIGHT be coming to…
The whole time thing is necessary in Pikmin, though. It's a game of managing time and resources, and the fact that huge things could come along and destroy your whole squad of Pikmin permanently or that by jumping off that ledge to an unexplored area, you could put yourself in a really bad position and not be able to…
TEA TIME!
Thinking about it, maybe it's because they already have it on XBL and porting it to PC they could use the same code and everything for the PC's online multiplayer instead of rewriting it?
Is Steamworks really expensive or something? I don't understand how the more popular, easier to use platform that even hosts independent games and train simulators would deny a "not exactly AAA" title because it needs to be cheap...
"Hack and slash" is as good a descriptor of Monster Hunter as it is of Dark Souls.
What Marcem said.
Wow, settle down there.
I don't like this thinking.
Money seems like as good an excuse as any. If you're an independent studio, running on a strict time and money budget, you have to get the game out as fast as you can before your funds run dry and you're unable to get the game out AT ALL. Some of these glitches sound like they shouldn't have been hard to catch, but…
Yeah, I really wasn't expecting to see that game in a shop!
INFLAMMATORY POST FIGHT!!
It only counts steps if it's in sleep mode.
Same here, that cap is insanely low. I would hit the 10 coin cap just walking 10 minutes to class each day. Walking to other classes and such throughout the day and going back to the dorms would put me at about 5000 steps, even though my time spent walking was probably little more than half an hour.
I'm a professional line piece.
I'm not so easily swayed. I've seen the reviews already and I know what has changed. It's nice, but not enough to really earn my buy against the many other great games competing for my time right now.
The vocal majority are always dimwits. You have Nintentards and Fratboxes making gamers look bad with their brand loyalty taken too far and willful ignorance of anything not branded with their chosen icon. There's always the stupid furfags who come out of the woodwork to start the WAAAAmbulance any time someone brings…
I wouldn't say I'm really missing out on much. There's never been a story to get my tail furs ruffled before, so why bother worrying about it now? I've heard it's a better story than previous games, but in all honesty I don't think I'm missing out on too much. There's too many other great games to be playing to worry…
The only thing more annoying than Bronies coming along to derail every unrelated topic with pony images is the people who come along every time ponies get involved to ask this
