I actually love some of the new designs. There are some throwaway designs (literally... a trash bag Pokemon. Someone put that crap out of its misery already) but a lot of them are fairly distinct and memorable.

What was wrong with B/W? I thought I heard nothing but good about the game?
Another cool game that did difficulty well: System Shock 1.
This.
playing Mario on a touchscreen would be like playing Halo on a 360 controller where the analog sticks were both broken off and the springs that re-center them died and you have to rub your fingers over the sanded-off nubs to get them to tilt, and re-center them manually.
Even the 3DS can browse the web without actually exiting a game. Aside from some smartphones and PCs obviously, it's the only gaming device I know where you can jump into your menu and go online or do other things without halting the game you're playing. So it's not a power issue, really.

Ouch, you could have at least OPENED the window before throwing me out it.
