This is like bitchy gamer entitlement taken to an extreme. "I'm nice, therefore you must fuck me."

I really recommend Descent 2 if you get a chance to play it. It's more like the arcade action and awesome level designs of 1, but with a lot more elements that make it deeper and more interesting. Crazy tough secrets, much more enemy and item variety, and some terrifying bosses to fight.

A reboot for the Descent series is long overdue..

Smart for Bethesda to target the lowest end computers possible. Anyone who thinks a decent chunk of WoW's success isn't because the friggin' thing can run on anything more powerful than one of those old Tiger Electronics games things is fooling themselves.

So running the game on maximum ages your character by 20 years?

Elder Scrolls Online: Increase your graphics quality to age your character 30 years and make them angry.

^^Real shit. This paragraph makes me thankful for all the dumb and unimportant things I get to be alive to complain about.

As A Persian American working in this industry I really respect this guy. I had the privelage of being born and raised in American but my parents were both from influential families during the time of the shah and had to flee Iran during the revolution and be killed. My uncle was a fighter pilot for the Iranian Royal

We all had that moment when we were first stepping onto this pad.

I almost want to say DNF is almost a self-parody. IT was dumbed down, was very linear, featured unnecessary vehicle sequences, regenerating health, and had weird physics puzzles.

I think the entire game was satire about how modern FPS games have changed since DN3D, and how Duke was trying to keep up with the times by

Ah, the infamous Taste The Pain in PAL territories. I played this game to death. Actually losing a controller in the process because of my frustration with its gameplay. But I finally unlocked all 36 chambers with Meth & RZA.

This game was almost the sole reason I bought a MultiTap. Just for the 4-player mayhem. Death

Couple things I've learned:

It's more like thousands of people would have pirated it instead of buying it for consoles.

Most pro-pirating crazy people wouldn't call this sort of thing stealing because nothing was taken from this rapper.

Exactly. With something like Diablo 2 that had both an online and offline component, the hacking and duping was quite rampant.

MMOs really don't have anything that could be done in an offline mode, any sort of leveling/crafting/questing could then be hacked to high hell. The servers have to be there to watch it all happen, and even then some have trouble with duping and other exploits.

Well, if that's the genre of game they enjoy, they'll keep enjoying them. I enjoy strategy games so I don't just get tired of playing them, no matter how many I play. And with multiplayer and the communities that build around those, people often play these FPSes with their friends, which also helps stop any fatigue
