There are gamers who enjoy all types of games and then there are gamers who are similar to the rich folk in society.

You don't seem to understand anything at all. The whole reason Valve put in the PC version was for Steamworks. Without Steamworks or any other similar system, there is no point to offering a second copy.

The whole point to including both copies for one price was to play and sync save files.

There is no point if there is no cross platform functionality.

Bot matches please! Always online doesn't matter but bot matches should be a must have for multiplayer centric shooters. Plus, after MW2, bot matches is the way to go with everybody hacking the games minus the leveling up downgrade.

Valve never included a PC version in every PS3 version due to having no cross compatibility. The whole point is for players to play with each other on completely separate platforms, but that is not possible in CS GO or ps3 version of D3.

Which is a reason for Blizzard to not offer that, plus they announced they wanted the couch co-op game that console players used to experience.

Valve did that for cross compatibility features.
